Learner Persona Sample
Although there were multiple personas (such as Product Manager, Database Engineer, etc.), the samples here are from the training designed for the Backend Engineer.
We gathered information regarding the learner’s need, time availability for learning, learning environment, learning preferences, current knowledge, and comfort levels. These elements informed decisions around scope, sequence, and learning cadence, as well as deployment and feedback decisions.

Content Delivery
Backend Engineers primarily work with code and GitHub, so we deployed the content as a GitHub repository for easy cloning into each developer’s workspace. This integration allowed learning to become part of their regular workflow, enabling managers and team members to incorporate learning tasks into their daily task management systems like Asana or Jira.

Assessment and Feedback
Review and feedback of the activities were first provided by a custom AI Tutor, that was trained on both the course and the EU’s AI Act. Yes, human review occurred as well, at the end of the course for the final project-based assessment, and managers had access to see the conversations between the AI Tutor and the students.
