As Fractional Head of Learning at Herd Security, an agentic training platform, I embed learning science directly into AI systems — designing for competence, not just completion. I work with the product team to build microlesson generation that adapts to both company policy and individual learner profiles, then delivers training natively in Slack and Teams using evidence-based principles like spaced repetition, optimal frequency, and behavioral nudges aligned to how people actually work.
